Established in 1832 with the permission of Sultan Mahmut II and with the efforts of Harutyun Amira Bezciyan for the treatment of mental and chest diseases, our hospital has continuously improved and continues to improve its health services by closely keeping up with the technological advancement. Today, Surp Pırgiç provides diagnosis and treatment services in many medical branches, being aware of the importance of health care for the society, protecting its historical texture, applying the most modern diagnosis and treatment methods of medicine, and adhering to an innovative service approach that respects the environment.

Our Hospital Management is committed to provide advanced medical service with an equally developed awareness of social responsibility, to continuously increase the safety and satisfaction of patients, their relatives, and employees under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, to continue our services by taking measures to prevent all negative effects on human, nature and animal health, and to ensure the continuous improvement of the "Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System". In this direction, it encourages the continuous development and training of its employees, implements regular training programs, provides the necessary resources for literature follow-up and scientific meetings.

Yedikule Surp Pırgiç Armenian Hospital, together with its Board of Directors, Chief Physician and all its employees, are committed to continuously improve the quality of health services provided, to protect service providers and service users from sector-specific "Occupational Health and Safety" risks, to prevent all kinds of negative effects of the service provided on the environment, and to continue uninterrupted activities of planning, implementation, reviewing and taking precautions in order to protect the individual, information, the reliability of the institution and the brand image.

At regular intervals, the suitability and effectiveness of our Integrated Management System are reviewed with evaluations to implement sectoral developments in our organization, where we also consider the suggestions from the Turkish Ministry of Health, our patients, patient relatives and employees as a tool to identify improvement opportunities.

In the Field of Occupational Health and Safety Practices,

Our institution accepts as a basic principle to create a healthy and safe working environment in order to protect our employees against all kinds of work accidents and occupational diseases.

It conducts regular health checks for all occupational groups. It ensures the participation of the employees and informs the relevant parties about the results.

It determines and evaluates the risks that may arise from the health service delivery processes of all relevant parties with the participation of its employees and takes measures to reduce the risks.

As is required by the health legislation and other legal requirements, our hospital undertakes to act in accordance with the directives and guidance of the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Family and Labor and Social Security regarding the occupational health and safety legislation and the rules to be followed during the provision of health services.

It creates a sustainable OHS management system and develops methods, goals, targets and management programs to continuously improve its performance.

It is the policy of our hospital to create a safe working and living culture for its employees and suppliers and to carry out works in order to raise awareness.

 

In the Field of Environmental Safety Practices,

Our Hospital undertakes to take all necessary precautions and to perform the applications in line with the legal regulations in order to prevent the negative effects of possible environmental pollution on humans, nature and animals that may occur while providing diagnosis and treatment services.

It is the policy of our hospital is to conserve natural resources and achieve energy savings,

Reduce waste and / or ensure correct sorting on site, minimize harmful effects of waste on the environment,

Protect the environment and be sensitive to the environment, and to this end, take an active role in creating environmental and energy awareness in internal and external areas, and to raise awareness among all our stakeholders about its implementation of the standards,

Consider the environmental impact when planning new diagnosis and treatment units, minimize environmental impacts by improving existing diagnosis and treatment units, and continuously improve processes.

 

In the Field of Information Security Applications,

Our hospital protects the individual, information, the reliability of the institution and the brand image within the scope of Information Security.

It determines the authority and responsibilities of the user, system administrators, administrators and security personnel and ensures continuity.

It carries out the necessary activities to ensure safe access to the information assets of Surp Pırgiç and its stakeholders, to prevent unauthorized access, and to ensure accessibility by authorized parties.

It pre-identifies the risks on the confidentiality, accessibility and integrity of all kinds of information assets belonging to Employees, Patients, Patient relatives and 3rd parties, manages these risks, maintains the level of information security with the established control infrastructure and manages activities to continuously improve it.

In the event of an information security breach, it manages the breaches, applies the necessary sanctions, is prepared for the events that will affect the critical functions and processes of our organization within the scope of business continuity, reduces the impact of information security threats, and carries out its works by providing a pre-planned and tested response in case of a possible service interruption.

It fulfills the applicable national and industrial regulations, legal and relevant legislation requirements, obligations arising from agreements, information security requirements arising from corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders.

It meets all responsibilities regarding the processing, protection and destruction of personal information of employees, patients and their relatives, visitors, suppliers, business partners and other relevant third parties within the scope of the 6698 Numbered Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and other relevant legislation, and provides training that will develop technical and behavioral competencies in order to raise information security awareness.
