B. Roles in Quality Management System Hierarchy
B.1. Role of Integrated Management System Representative:
- Monitor closely and take part in the ISO-9001 Quality Management System, ISO-14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety activities,
- Ensure that the objectives are fulfilled in accordance with the quality policy of the institution,
- Supervise that all quality studies carried out in accordance with the mission and vision of the institution,
- Review the results of the self-assessment and monitor the identified improvement activities,
- Carry out out committee activities within the Quality Management System,
B.2. Roles of Quality Management Director
- Carry out ISO-9001 Quality Management System, ISO-14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety activities, ensure that the certificates are obtained and maintained.
- Ensure the coordination of the works carried out within the framework of SKS,
- Monitor the works towards the institutional goals and objectives,
- Act in accordance with the Institution's quality policy.
- Monitor inappropriate product/service evaluations sent from units.
- Manage self-assessments,
- Manage the processes related to the Safety Reporting System,
- Manage the processes related to risk management,
- Manage activities for measuring patient and employee satisfaction (such as survey applications, evaluation of survey results, improvement studies for survey results, receiving patient and employee feedback),
- Ensure the management of documents within the framework of the Integrated Management System and HQS,
- Manage the processes for quality indicators,
- Take part as a member in the committees formed within the framework of HQS.
B.3. Institutional Services Officer
- Coordinate the studies related to Institutional Services under the Quality Standards of the Ministry of Health.
- Assist in the preparation of quality management system documents together with the unit quality officers.
B.4. Patient and Employee-Oriented Services Supervisor
- Ensure the coordination of activities related to Patient- and Employee-Oriented Services, which are under the Quality Standards of the Ministry of Health.
- Assist in the preparation of quality management system documents together with the unit quality officers.
- Take part in quality works aimed at increasing patient satisfaction.
B.5. Health Services
- Coordinate the studies related to Health Services under the Quality Standards of the Ministry of Health.
- Assist in the preparation of quality management system documents together with the unit quality officers.
- Ensure the coordination of quality works under Health Services.
- Review the indicator data sent by the Health Services Unit Quality Officers.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions of the Nursing Services Unit.
B.6. Support Services
- Coordinate the works related to Support Services under the Ministry of Health Quality Standards.
- Assist in the preparation of quality management system documents together with the unit quality officers.
- Monitor the indicator data of the units under Support Services.
- Monitor the corrective and preventive activities of the units under Support Services.
B.7. Indicator Management
- Monitor the indicators under the Ministry of Health Quality Standards.
- Analyse the indicator data sent by the Unit Quality Officers.
- Ensure that the indicator data is transmitted to the senior management in quarterly reports.
