Patient Rights
Yedikule Surp Pırgiç Hospital provides you with the best possible treatment and service. Here you, as a patient, have right to;
- receive a respectable service,
- request that all information about your illness, treatment and the service you receive remain confidential during your stay in the hospital,
- learn the doctor and allied health personnel responsible for your treatment
- request for information about your condition and access it in a way that you can understand,
- treatment participate in the decisions relating to your treatment,
- use the right to refuse and/or stop the treatment when you want
- have access to all the information in your patient file,
- have a say in the treatment initiatives related to the relief of pain,
- expect your cultural, religious beliefs and mental status to be respected
- participate in or refuse to participate in a clinical review, trial and any clinical research in which you may be used as a subject,
- review your invoice and ask for an explanation for any problems you have with it,
- express your concerns about the experience you have had as a patient during your service at Yedikule Surp Pırgiç Hospital or to the clinic/hospital management and health personnel without hesitation or to report your complaints,
- and get answers to your complaints or questions by applying to the Chief Physician’s Office.
